In year 1968, the layout establishment of MACHINE SAZI TABRIZ (M.S.T) was based on the fundamentals of techno – commercial cooperation agreement between IRAN and EX- CZECH-OSLOVAKIA. The key purpose was to manufacture various kind of machine tools, industrial compressors, pumps, electric motors, fork lift, different types of diesel engines, textile machinery etc.
To continue the implementation of the project in 1969, the necessity was observed for making alternation to mutual cooperation plans between two countries, which was raised by IRAN, in further consideration the absorption of technology from the other advanced industrial countries was conclusively decided. Whereas apart from main products, i.e. Machine tools, the manufacture of other industrial products alongside separate establishments were put into effect in the vicinity of the company. In continuation of manufacturing activities together with its high technical potentiality, the company succeeded in planning into effect the manufacture of various types of milling machine, vertical and horizontal machining center, CNC lathe, railways turnouts, 3 & 4 jaws chuck.
